Transparent sea and expanses of Posidonia Oceanica wash Torre Guaceto, in the municipality of Carovigno, a beach which has been awarded 3 Sails of (a prize given to the most beautiful beaches) of Legambiente (Italian environment protection association).

The heart of the Protected Marine Area of Torre Guaceto is a natural paradise with low and sandy coast, surrounded by dunes and sometimes dotted with cliffs.

The several coves with fine sand, both public and private, seduce you. The spiaggia delle conchiglie (sea shells beach) is the proud of the reserve, with tiny white sea shells and part of the area A, fully protected area with bathing prohibition.

Discover the reserve through bike trekking and scuba diving, or sailing in the turquoise sea thanks to the sailing centre, where you can have catamaran, sailing and windsurf lessons.

Also people with disabilities can enjoy the beautiful nature of Torre Guaceto thanks to the services offered by the private beach Punta Penna Grossa.

The aragonese tower, which has been watched the wonderful sea since centuries, is the symbol of the reserve.
