Welcome to Salento Sagre Eventi
The perfect place to dive into the traditions and celebrations of Salento.
Who we are
Salento Sagre Eventi is the events calendar of Salento: food festivals, patron saint feasts, concerts, theatre, exhibitions, markets and fairs, from Capo di Leuca to Brindisi and Taranto. Every day we gather what happens in towns and villages and put it in one place that is easy to browse.
We are here for the people who live in Salento and for those who visit it: for anyone looking for something to do tonight, for families who want an idea for the weekend, for travellers who want to enjoy village festivals and not just the sea.

What we believe in
Our mission
We want to preserve and promote the traditions of Salento and share them with as many people as possible: a historical parade, the delicacies of local cuisine, the irresistible rhythm of the pizzica.
Authentic experiences
We cover unique, off-the-beaten-track events, far from mass tourism: village festivals, sagre, concerts in the squares, to get in touch with the true spirit of Salento.
Reliable information
We gather events from magazines, organisers’ websites and submissions, check them and update them every day, so you can plan with confidence.
Join in and share
The community is at the heart of Salento Sagre Eventi: submit an event, share the ones you love and help us celebrate the traditions of Salento.
How we work
We gather
We follow the websites of town councils, Pro Loco associations and organisers, local magazines and the submissions of organisers and visitors.
We check
Our editors check dates, times and places, merge duplicates and fix what does not add up. If you find a mistake, report it from the event page.
We publish
Events go online every day, with the map, directions, the weather forecast and translations for visitors.
