Agrogepaciok torna a Lecce per la 21esima edizione: un grande salone internazionale dedicato a gelateria, pasticceria, cioccolateria e agroalimentare che si svolge al centro LecceFiere in piazza Palio dal 7 all'11 novembre 2026. Cinque giorni per esplorare il futuro del food con una ricca offerta di prodotti, tecnologie e soluzioni per la filiera. L'evento ospita aziende, professionisti, operatori e buyer del settore food, beverage e Ho.Re.Ca., con dimostrazioni, degustazioni, cooking show e incontri con esperti. Tra le novità di questa edizione, il primo concorso sulla patata dolce di Frigole rivolto agli studenti degli istituti professionali, e quattro forum dedicati a cucina, pasticceria, panificazione e pizzeria.
