At Nuovo Cinema Paradiso in Melendugno, on 9 February 2027, the comedy “Third Time” starring Lucia Vasini and Paolo Hendel will be performed. Based on the novel by Lidia Ravera, the show tells the story of a couple facing the passage of time with irony and hope. It’s not the usual crisis story, but a hymn to the art of growing old while maintaining one’s desires and looking toward the future. Through biting jokes and vital melancholy, the two actors bring to life deeply human, contradictory, and relatable characters. The show explores what can still be done when it seems too late: putting energy, affection, and determination back into circulation.
