Agnese's Room

The show tells the story of Agnese, wife of Judge Paolo Borsellino, through an intimate dialogue between her memories and the memory of her husband. The narrative begins with the meeting between Agnese, daughter of the President of the Palermo Court, and the young magistrate Paolo in Mazara del Vallo, continuing through the years of their life together. The show retraces the discovery of a different Palermo, the birth of their children, the most difficult moments related to their work in the anti-mafia pool, and the tragedy of the Via D'Amelio massacre. The tone alternates tenderness toward the family with indignation toward those who betrayed the State. Staged at Cinema Teatro Valentino on 11 March 2027.
