🎉 Festival and Fair of San Quintino 🎉
In Alliste, the bond with San Quintino is profound and steeped in history. This tradition celebrates his powerful intercession during a plague epidemic, a miracle that marked the community. On October 31, the festival begins with the evening mass, followed by the solemn procession of the saint’s silver bust, carried with devotion through the picturesque streets of the town, festively decorated.
The next day, November 1, the heart of the town transforms with the traditional fair. Piazza San Quintino and the surrounding streets come alive with colorful and lively stalls. The evening promises a vibrant finale: at 9 pm, let loose with the DJs and entertainment from Party Salento!
We look forward to welcoming you to share these days of celebration, filled with faith, color, and music! 🌟🙏🎶
