Dalle prime luci del giorno fino alla sera, colazione, pranzo e aperitivo celebrano i valori del progetto Welcome Social Food, dove mangiare insieme genera accoglienza e relazione autentica. Ingredienti locali si incontrano con sapori da ogni angolo del mondo, mentre musica e performance di artisti accompagnano la festa da mattina fino alle 21. L'evento trasforma il locale, nato dal consorzio Sale della Terra, in un centro di condivisione dove la comunità si incontra attorno a tavoli che uniscono persone e storie.
