Wednesday, 13 December 2026, the Fondazione Paolo Grassi in Martina Franca hosts a chamber music concert dedicated to the Trio in A minor, Op. 50 by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. The three musicians – Mihaela Costea on violin, Pietro Nappi on cello, and Liubov Gromoglasova on piano – perform this monumental and rare work from the Russian composer's output. The piece, created as a tribute to the memory of Nikolai Rubinstein, demands great commitment from the soloists: the piano takes on an almost symphonic presence while the violin and cello weave an intense and dramatic dialogue. The performance blends virtuosity and emotional depth in a journey that celebrates personal memory.
