Description

Automatically translated from Italian.

Patrizia Conte, one of the most powerful voices in Italian jazz, takes the stage at Teatro Monticello alongside the Jazz Studio Orchestra, a historic Apulian ensemble led by Paolo Lepore. Over the Rainbow is a sonic journey through jazz, soul, pop, and author songs, ranging from the international melodies of Burt Bacharach and Antonio Carlos Jobim to the great Italian songwriters. The concert is named after the iconic piece by Harold Arlen and represents the meeting of Conte's powerful and refined voice with the orchestral arrangements of the Jazz Studio Orchestra, in a show where emotion and memory intertwine through great songs.
